Delivery and Returns

DUE TO NEW EU VAT RULES, DELIVERY TO EUROPE IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED. WE ARE WORKING TO RESUME SHIPPING TO EUROPE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Delivery

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at contact@100barefootsoles.com for confirmation.

We process orders within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that when ordering from outside of the UK, local taxes and customs duties may be payable on receipt. You are responsible for these as we have no control over these nor can predict the amount.

Returns

To return a purchased item, you need to contact us with 14 days of delivery and return the item within 28 days of delivery. Our return address is: 7 Herons Place, Marlow, SL7 3HP

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Please do not stick any notes on to the packaging as it may ruin it and render it not resaleable.

Free UK Returns

We are happy to offer free UK returns. To return an unwanted purchased item, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Please send us an email at contact@100barefootsoles.com with a short description of what you want to return and specify your order number.
  2. We will generate a return label for you to print at home
  3. Post the unwanted shoes to our return address

International Returns

We are sorry but we only offer free return on UK orders only. For international orders, please post the unwanted item to our return address above. Please make sure you use a trackable postage service and get a proof of postage receipt from the post office when you drop your parcel off.

Exclusion: Customised or personalised orders can not be returned

You cannot return a product which was made as a custom order, including: custom colour combination, custom size, name on the product, custom shoes parameters (exceptions from our standard parameters).

Refunds

We will reimburse the cost of the purchased item using the same method you paid us. We will notify you via email when the refund is processed. Depending on the payment provider you chose at checkout, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the funds to be deposited.

We are sorry but we are not able to refund original shipping charges.

UK Orders Only – In line with Consumer Contract Regulations if you would like to return your entire order and claim your original postage back (standard UK postage only) please send the goods back at your own cost and we will happily provide you with a full refund, including our standard postage charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time of purchase. To cancel, please email us at contact@100barefootsoles.com. We will refund the price of the goods by using the original payment method as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days. Please note that we will not refund the cost of the original postage.

Please return the goods to us in the same condition in which you have received them – unworn and in their original packaging, complete with all labels. Please do not stick any notes on to the packaging as it may ruin it and render it not resaleable.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • We are unable to obtain payment
  • We do not deliver to your area
  • A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified

Exchange

To exchange any goods purchased, please return them first using the return process described above and then place a new order

Faulty Goods

If you think that your goods are faulty, please contact us on contact@100barefootsoles.com attaching a photo clearly displaying the product damage. We will generate a Return Label and this will be emailed to the email address you used when placing the order.

Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufacturer’s box.  Apply the label that was emailed to you to the outer re-packed package. Post the package at a Royal Mail Post Office or its equivalent in your country, making sure you ask for a ‘proof of posting’ receipt.

On receipt of the goods and after inspection of the goods we will either:

  •         accept the return and refund the price of the goods plus postage, or
  •         if the items are found not to be faulty, return them to you at your cost

Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse. For the purposes of this procedure, goods that have been worn for more than three months will be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards).
