You can return an item purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. Please do not stick any notes on to the packaging as it may ruin it and render it not resaleable.
To return any item, please send us an email at email@example.com with a short of what you want to return and why and specify your order number ID.

We will notify you by email once we have received the goods.
Exclusion: Customised or personalised orders can not be returned
You cannot return a product which was made as a custom order, including: custom colour combination, custom size, name on the product, custom shoes parameters (exceptions from our standard parameters).
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time of purchase. To cancel, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund the price of the goods by using the original payment method as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days. Please note that we will not refund the cost of the original postage nor the return postage.
Please return the goods to us in the same condition in which you have received them – unworn and in their original packaging, complete with all labels. Please do not stick any notes on to the packaging as it may ruin it and render it not resaleable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if:
- We are unable to obtain payment
- We do not deliver to your area
- A product fault or an error in the product description has been identified
To exchange any goods purchased, please return them first using the return process described above and then place a new order
If you think that your goods are faulty please contact us on email@example.com attaching a photo clearly displaying the product damage. We will generate a Free Post Returns Label and this will be emailed to the email address you used when placing the order. The Return Label does not cover ‘recorded delivery’ – this can be applied and paid for as an extra at Post Offices.
Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufacturer’s box. Apply the label that was emailed to you to the outer re-packed package. Post the package at a Royal Mail Post Office, making sure you ask for a ‘proof of posting’ receipt.
On receipt of the goods and after inspection of the goods we will either:
- accept the return and refund the price of the goods plus postage, or
- if the items are found not to be faulty, return them to you at your cost
Please note that goods will not be deemed faulty if the fault is not a result of manufacture, but has instead been caused by wear and tear or misuse. For the purposes of this procedure, goods that have been worn for more than three months will be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards).
